In addition to its own private accommodation, LSI has a total of twenty seminar rooms of various sizes that can be hired for meetings / conferences. There is also a direct connection to the Max-Kade Hall, a modern event and meeting place with its own facilities and catering area.

LSI, located in the immediate vicinity of the Ruhr University in the Querenburg area of Bochum, is an ideal venue for meetings / smaller conferences with up to 40 participants. The bed and breakfast has 78 comfortable single and double rooms in six price categories. The building is located in a quiet area on the edge of a small wood. Overnight stays including breakfast can be booked individually on our website.

LSI has a total of twenty seminar rooms with natural light that you can hire for your event. The following categories are available:

• Small (up to 30 m²)
• Large (up to 50 m²)
• Large (up to 50 m²) with video conference system
• Conference room (60 m²)

The conference room can comfortably seat 25 people (seating with tables) or 40 people (seating in rows). For larger events, the Max-Kade Hall directly adjacent to LSI is available for events with up to 60 people.

The international event and meeting centre "Max Kade Hall", an openly designed structure with an impressive slanted roof on two free-floating steel girders, is an ideal place for learning, exchange and communication. It offers space for meetings and conferences for up to 60 people on two levels. There is a direct connection to LSI through a covered passageway.

LSI is located in the vicinity of the Ruhr University campus in the Bochum-Querenburg area. Bochum's main railway station, which is connected to the ICE network, is easily accessible by public transport. The journey from Düsseldorf airport by car or taxi takes about 40 minutes.
